Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Database Marketing, oversee the production and execution of database marketing campaigns to meet the Museum’s goals of increasing engagement, attendance, and revenue.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
In conjunction with the Senior Manager of Database Marketing and program stakeholders, design and execute marketing campaigns that support both individual and institutional priorities and objectives.
Work with stakeholders in Learning & Community Engagement, MFA Brand, Publications and Retail to create campaigns that meet their objectives and report on results.
Facilitate the production of branded direct mail communications. Coordinating with Creative Services, Purchasing and other departments to ensure on time delivery of print materials.
Coordinate with stakeholders, Creative Services, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure direct mail and e-mail projects are on schedule.
Duties include: gathering of assets, creation of copy, updating direct marketing calendar and production checklist, coordination of assets and credit line approvals, update to content within e-mail service provider, content management system or design software.
Manage departmental requisitions and expenses, including purchasing and creative requisitions, check requests, purchase orders and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
Provide superior customer service when responding to or dealing with members/visitors via e-mail, by phone, in person, or by mail.
Build email lists within Tessitura for Database and Marketing initiatives.
Maintain the info@mfa.org email account.
Represent database marketing in Museum-wide efforts when necessary.
Perform other related duties as required or directed.
