Purposes: To provide exceptional customer service that enhances the guest experience by welcoming guests to the Museum and providing information on exhibitions, events, membership, and programs. To support the guest experience while collecting admission fees and attendance data and selling memberships.
EXPERIENCE:
One year experience in the handling of cash transactions in a public environment preferred. A strong customer service background is necessary
EDUCATION:
High School graduate preferred or in lieu of formal education, equivalent position experience.
