The Parking Lot Attendant manages traffic, orients visitors, maintains efficient use of the parking lot at the Ward Reservation in Andover, MA. This position covers weekends, Monday holidays, and school vacation weekdays year-round.
In This Role You Will:
Management of traffic flow and use of the parking lot at Prospect Road by visitors
Maintenance of the VenTek parking kiosk
Visitor orientation and emergency support
Maintenance of parking lot, including litter collection
Other duties assigned as needed
Minimum of high school degree or equivalent
Ability to follow safety standards and techniques and to use appropriate safety equipment.
A good attitude, willingness to be flexible, and a commitment to achieving the goals of the Trustees
A satisfactory criminal background (CORI) check
A valid driver’s license, as well as a satisfactory driving record as outlined in The Trustees’ driving policy, preferred
Ability to handle the physical demands of the job; working in all weather conditions, and environments that may include biting insects.
This is a seasonal, non-exempt, hourly paid position, with an optimal start date on 4/24. This position is based at the Ward Reservation, Andover, MA.
