Massachusetts College of Art & Design invites applications for the position of Human Resources Generalist. Reporting to the Executive Director of Human Resources this position serves as the main point of contact for the complete employment cycle, responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, open enrollment, retirement and offboarding and human resources information system (HRIS) in accordance with the policies, procedures, and practices of the College and in compliance with all applicable laws and labor contracts. MassArt is a small-sized employer with approximately 375 full-time FTE, contract, temporary staff, and adjunct faculty. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Executive Director of Human Resources Location: This full-time position is based in Boston. Currently, HR is working primarily remotely with hybrid remote model anticipated in the future. Employee should be able to work remotely as well as on campus. Currently, masks, social distancing, and mandatory testing are required on campus.Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience.
