Description:

The Fort Point Arts Community is in need of volunteers for its 40th annual Open Studios October 18th - 20th. We’re in need of volunteers to staff the five information tables throughout the weekend. Info booth volunteers play a vital role in Open Studios -- they help your visitors find their way around Fort Point by handing out brochures, selling raffle tickets and bags, and providing directions to studios, events, parking, restrooms etc.

The dates for Open Studios are:

Friday, October 18th, 4-7pm

Saturday, October 19th, 12 - 6pm

Sunday, October 20th, 12 - 6pm

We need volunteers to be at the information booths as well as people to help set up and breakdown the opening and closing receptions, cleaning up after the event, and taking items to the storage unit.

The reception times are:

Thursday October 17th, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Location: 300 Summer, FPAC Gallery

Sunday October 20th, 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Location: 70A Sleeper Street, The Assemblage: An FPAC Space

The shifts for the information booths are:

Friday, October 18th: 3:45 - 7pm

Saturday, October 19th: 11:45am -2:00pm, 2:00-4:00, 4:00pm - 6:15pm

Sunday, October 20th: 11:45am -2:00pm, 2:00-4:00, 4:00pm - 6:15pm

Clean up and removing banners/posters/streamers will be Monday, October 21st, 12pm - 2pm.

Let me know if there is anything you're able to help with, including the date and time you are interested in.
