Seasonal Usher- Emerson Colonial Theatre
Seeking ushers with great availability for night and weekend events during the month of December with the possibility of continuing work after January. MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEK OF DECEMBER 23RD- 28TH.
Direct and/or escort ticketed patrons to
their seat locations.
Quickly and efficiently scan tickets.
Politely greet guests.
Be watchful of camera usage inside theater
during shows. Politely address the issue with guests who violate the camera and
Report any incidents or problems to Chief Usher.
Be the eyes and ears of your surroundings and
watch for unruly or disruptive behavior.
Liaise with Security Staff and Chief Usher to
deescalate potential problems.
Be comfortable and able to work in a group and
Use sound judgment in making sure guests have a
pleasant theater experience.
Previous paid ushering experience desired, but
Exemplary customer service skills.
Ability to stand on feet for hours at a
Pleasant and courteous demeanor.
Appreciation for live theater etiquette and
MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEK OF DECEMBER 23RD- 28TH.
