Steps to Success (STS), a comprehensive school success and college readiness program, is hiring multiple Enrichment Instructors for its after-school Extended Learning Programs (ELP). Enrichment Instructors come in once per week for a 10-12 week session to run activities for one hour.
ELP programs serve about 15-20 students each, in grades 4-6. The programs run at three Brookline Elementary/Middle Schools: Pierce, Lincoln, and Coolidge Corner (formerly Devotion) Schools. They run three days per week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays, depending on the school/program). Enrichment Instructors would need to be available on at least one of the above days from 4pm-5pm.
Enrichment Instructors are part-time, temporary positions, (1-3 hours per week, for 10-12 weeks, with the option to stay on for additional sessions). Candidates will need to be available for employment starting the week of 1/7/2019 through the week of 3/25/2019, with potential option to stay on until mid-June 2019 if desired.
