Friends of Art Coordinator


Reporting to the Associate Director for Operations and Collections Management at the Davis Museum, the Friends of Art Coordinator is a part­time (16 hours/week) position supporting the Wellesley College Friends of Art program. The FOA Coordinator is responsible for overall supervision of the FOA program at the Davis, including managing volunteers organized into a National Committee, and Regional Committees. This position works closely with the Assistant Director for Annual Giving Programs in the Development Office (who serves as the liaison to multiple Friends programs) to execute FOA programs while keeping the Davis Museum and
FOA as the principal focus.


Excellent writing, oral and interpersonal skills required. Proven experience managing volunteers highly desired, experience in an art museum setting is preferred.
