Part-Time Box Office Customer Service Agent
This position requires strong interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills. Candidate will work closely with the box office manager to assist in the general operation of the box office during performances and regular box office hours. Candidate should be computer literate and familiar with MS Office, Powerpoint, and Google Docs.
Candidates must be friendly, patient, computer savvy, a self starter and confident to work independently. Previous box office experience is preferred. Weekend and Weekday availability required. 10-15 hours per week. More hours may become available depending on event schedule.
