Description:

A fine art restoration company,located in our Beverly, MA, is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, pro-active, and assertive team player who is able to handle a wide variety of administrative and customer service tasks.


Applicants must have critical thinking skills and be detail oriented. This position includes a significant amount of written and verbal communication other staff, clients and vendors.

This is a full-time, administrative position, based out of our Beverly, MA Restoration Studio.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

- Greet and attend to clients and visitors entering our studio

- Answer telephone calls, screening and routing to appropriate staff

- Facilitate the processing of new customer inquiries

- Provide administrative sales support to business development staff

- Draft, edit, and/or transcribe correspondence and meeting notes

- Enter customer and project data into spreadsheets and database software

- Write reports and proposals in accordance with office standards

- Responsible for filing, photocopying and other general administrative tasks

- Assist with the processing of Account Receivables and Account Payables

- Responsible for managing the company calendar and the General Manager’s schedule

- Assist with storage of artwork

- Assist with maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the art storage areas


Qualifications:

- A minimum educational level of a Bachelor's Degree is required

- A minimum of 2-3 years of prior administrative experience

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Must be personable and have strong Customer Service skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team

- Strong computer skills, including a high level of proficiency in

- MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

- Strong organizational and time management skills
