Yoga Instructor – High School After School Program (West Springfield)
The Collaborative for Educational Services (CES) is seeking a certifiedYoga Instructor
to join our after school program at West Springfield High School in West Springfield, MA. We’re looking for an enthusiastic instructor to teach two one-hour classes a week: one in vinyasa flow, and the other being more of a foundations and/or mindful meditation techniques class. Our ideal candidate will be committed to improving the social emotional health of young people, and have previous experience working with youth. This individual will also assist the Site Coordinator in day-to-day program details, as needed. We’re looking for a Yoga Instructor to work two afternoons a week, Monday – Friday between the hours of 2:00- 4:15pm, starting immediately until the last day of the program in June 2019, with the potential for continued employment in our summer program.

- Certified Yoga Instructor
- Highly skilled in group facilitation
- Demonstrated success in experience working with youth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly adaptive, with exceptional problem solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with diverse personalities
- Experienced in maintaining a positive and professional attitude even when under stress
