NAAC Boston Mentorship & Sponsorship Pilot Program

Description:
Apply to be a part of the Network of Arts Administrators of Color (NAAC) Boston's inaugural sponsorship or mentorship programs, made possible with support from Mass Cultural Council! From March to December of 2019, 5 early career and 5 mid-career arts administrators of color will have one-on-one monthly sessions with a mentor or sponsor. All applicants will have an opportunity to join a learning cohort, even if not selected and paired with a mentor or sponsor.
Qualifications:
Mentees should have 1-3 years of experience in arts administration. Sponsees should have been working in arts administration for 4 or more years.
How To Apply:
All applicants must apply here by Friday, February 15, and will be subject to an interview process happening February 18 -28. Final decisions will be sent no later than Monday, March 4.
