  •  In accordance with ‘Generally Accepted Accounting Principals’ perform general ledger accountant duties, including month-end closing activities and reconciliations 
  • Manage and process payroll
  •  Prepare and file federal and state tax returns
  • Prepare workers comp audit
  • Administer all employee benefits, including health, dental, disability, 403(b) and SIMPLE cafeteria plans
    • Prepare for and manage annual external audit with independent audit firm, including timely preparation of schedules and documentation and field work coordination
    •  Prepare financial materials for grant proposals and grant reports

    3+ years of bookeeping  preferably in a non-profit environment. High level of expertise in QuickBooks. Ability to generate reports from QB and Excel and with MS Word.
