day-to-day and event operations at Tanglewood and other BSO Berkshire-based

and federal entities. Identify code deficiencies and develop plans and budgets
for remedial work throughout campus buildings and grounds (5%).

: College degree or post-secondary education withadvanced professional developmentcredits in the construction industry and extensive
practical knowledge and experience in facilities management with complex
operating, events and capital project budgets. Facilities leadership experience
in the performing arts, entertainment or educational industry is a plus. Extensive knowledge of building systems,
including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, drainage, water, sewer, network,
security and other systems. Ability to read architectural and engineering plans
and strong code-based knowledge. Project management experience. Experience in managing facilities operations
or a minimum of 8 years of supervisory or business ownership experience with
disciplined budget oversight and accountability. Demonstrated experience with HZMAT, OSHA,
Digital Building Controls, LEED building practices, sustainability and work
order systems. Ability to effectively
solve problems, work under pressure and manage multiple projects. Experience working with external constituencies,
including public officials, authorities having jurisdiction, emergency service
providers, project professionals and others.
Familiarity with Berkshire communities.
Strong written and oral communication and delegation skills. Proficient
in the full suite of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel,
PowerPoint. AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
Ability and willingness to be on-call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
