The Points annual Block Party celebration.
We are looking for Artist Assistants as well as Volunteers for this week of events.

Punto Urban Art Museum assistants and volunteers have the opportunity to gain exposure to the workings of a major art museum and to work with internationally known artists while contributing valuable visitor services to a nonprofit institution. Applications are accepted at all times. We keep all applications on our waiting list, and will contact applicants with the required skills, interests, and availability for interviews as volunteer positions become available.

Qualified candidates should possess a love and appreciation of art, a flexible attitude for dealing effectively with the public, and an understanding that reliability is critical. About this Organization:
The Punto Urban Art Museum is a mission-driven social justice art program led by North Shore CDC, a community development non-profit founded in the neighborhood in 1978. The Museum was created to break down the invisible, but undeniable socio-economic barrier between the Point Neighborhood and the rest of Salem and the North Shore. Through stunning, world class art, we want children in the Point neighborhood to grow up with pride, and we want the rest of the community to have a reason to visit and discover the welcoming community that we know and love.
