Part-time Ticketing Representative
Part-time Ticketing Representative needed to work up to 20
hours per week during weekday business hours.
The Ticketing Representative will provide outstanding
customer service to all existing and potential patrons, resolve ticketing
issues, and respond to customer inquiries with empathy and authority. They will
serve the public by selling tickets over the phone and in person. Additional duties
include preparing mailings, routing mail and phone traffic, and maintaining

•Excellent telephone and computer skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
•Ticketing software knowledge preferred, Tessitura experience
is a plus
•Extreme attention to detail
•Ability to have and sustain a positive and professional
