Human Resources Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Human
Resources Department serving as the primary point of contact for employees. The
duties of the role include recruitment, HRIS administration, on-boarding and off-boarding,
employee relations, and department support. The individual in this position
reports to the Director of Human Resources.
the applicant tracking system and coordinate all recruiting activities from
position requisition, job postings, resume tracking, applicant screening, interview
scheduling, candidate communication/relationship management, and recruitment reporting.
new employees and conduct new hire orientations, creating schedules for
trainings and community introductions. Provide employees with policy and benefit
employees and conduct exit interviews, analyzing statistical data gathered from
exit interview results.
update, and maintain content on the HRIS system and in employee files.

descriptions. Execute monthly and ad hoc reporting.

knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting
HR and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance (e.g. I-9
compliance, and background checks).

surveys as needed (compensation-related, IPEDS, etc.).
HR team with audits, reports, and collecting data to drive HR programs.
