The Audience Services Associate supports the Audience Services/Box Office team with sales and ticket
operations during the 2018-19 Fall Season. This role is a part-time,
seasonal position; the position involves some
irregular hours including nights and weekends during performance and high
volume ticket promotion periods.
Salary: $14/hour for approx. 25-30 hours a week.
· Provide sales and customer service support for ticketing operations,
which involves single tickets, subscriptions and group sales, phone and in
· Maintain professional appearance of upfront box office.
· Data entry and maintenance in Tessitura such as attendance
tracking and updating accounts.

· Respond to any/all voicemails left for Audience Services
and rerecord greetings to relay information as needed for

Services Cash Box and incoming mail.

Excellent written and oral business
communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with a variety of
constituents and contacts both within the company and outside. Some
evening and weekend work will be required during production periods. Customer service skills, flexibility,
attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure,
collegial environment are required.
