Accounts Payable Administrator

Primary responsibilities include preparing and entering vendor invoices, setting up new accounts and obtaining W-9 tax information, preparing check runs, reconciling employee expense reports and ordering of office supplies. Secondary responsibilities as a member of the accounting team include auction related duties involving registration of clients, recording and verification of sales results and preparing bills for customers.
The candidate should have knowledge of Peachtree Software or similar account payable systems, three to five years relevant experience, strong Microsoft Excel skills and good time management. Strong written and communication skills as well as attention to detail is a must. Moderate weekend and/or night work is required as well as some travel to our Boston facility.
