1-Producing: Nurture artistic projects, raise awareness of FP's identity, creative and execute diversity initiatives, act as central contact point for inquiries. 2-Development: Research, solicit, service, and follow up with sponsors for FPTC, develop and execute fundraising channels and marketing strategies. 3-Operations: Reach out to and engage communities; research potential venues; maintain archives.
Strong Interest in the arts community, background in leadership, management, and planning, excellent verbal, written and presentation skills,development and fundraising experience, interest in working closely and professionally with a diverse group of artists, including board members, staff, volunteers, and consultants.
