Snack and Track Coordinator/ Teaching Assistant

Snack and Track Coordinator/Teaching Assistant will work closely with MMA Director and Site Coordinator to assist in daily operations and facilitation of art classes, as well as Coordinate the Snack and Track Program Maud Morgan Arts. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in an art related classroom and all facets of a non-profit community art center.
Coordinate our Snack and Track Program Monday through Friday, 2-6pm, which facilitates a safe environment for students as they transition from after school snack, Coordinator will walk students over to MMA for art classes. There our SnT Coordinator will switch gears into our teaching assistant.SnT Coordinator may also fill in as well as a substitutes, and support Kindergarten classes.
  • Classroom management skills; experience working with children, (teaching, babysitting, coaching, etc.).

  • Interest in art and education

  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment and the willingness and desire to support others in doing their best work
