Passim (www.passim.org) is looking for a motivated Administrative Coordinator with a passion for the arts to join our staff. The position is part-time (20 hours per week) and reports to the Executive Director. The job includes general office support to all staff, along with performing the typical administrative tasks required in any office. We are a small staff where teamwork and collaboration are vital.
out daily tasks such as dealing with phone-related reservations and ticketing
and preparing school-related press materials.
as the face of Passim through answering the phone and responding to routine
and hire interns for each semester who help with all admin support.
data entry and processing across departments, especially membership and
up and coordinate meetings and take notes at staff meetings.
mail and bring outgoing mail to the post office.
care of office supplies.
with events, such as Passim’s free outdoor summer concert series.
out special projects, such as research on potential donors, analysis of
marketing data, and gathering music-industry information.
player and friendly personality.
customer service skills and phone manner.
proficiency: Excel is most important, followed by Word. Experience with QuickBooks and/or Salesforce CRM
would be a plus, but not necessary.
organizational and communication skills.
Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
experience as an administrative assistant or similar position desirable.
